Recently, JinenU Solar successfully received a customized production order from a customer, who requested to produce N-type TOPCon high-efficiency, large-size 210-66 bifacial modules with a power of up to 700W, with a total amount of 45MW and a total of 64,429 pieces.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the first production order, Qianshan Base team went all out, not only actively learning valuable experience from other bases, but also digging into every technical difficulty and detail requirement in the production process of this pattern, meanwhile keeping close communication with the customer, understanding and responding to every production demand of the customer in-depth, from the careful selection of raw materials to the continuous optimization of the production process, from the pattern design to quality control, to the repeated refinement, and to the quality control, to the production of N-type TOPCon high-efficiency, large-size 210-66 bifacial modules. Manufacturing Challenges & Solutions

The customized module of 210N-66 bifacial module (size: 2384x1303x33mm) adopts 210*210mm high-efficiency TOPCon cells and cleverly matches 0.26mm round wire welding tape with 410g POE+EVA+Super-white velvet fabric semi-tempered coated glass. The small pitch design of 0.8mm effectively reduces the shading of the grid lines of the cells, which significantly improves the optical utilization rate and current collection efficiency, ensuring strong and reliable module power output.

At the Qianshan Base, with profound OEM experience and a professional team, the company made every effort to create this customized module. However, the production process was not smooth, as the long module size and the low gram weight of the adhesive film made the problem of bifacial breakage a major challenge.

From material selection to pattern design to fine adjustment of process parameters, the Qianshan Base manufacturing team conducted a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and optimization. By making standardized workflow and adjusting the position of the press wheel of the edge sealing machine, the problem of broken pieces at the four corners of the edge was successfully solved. At the same time, it also optimized the welding machine flattening process, efficiently overcame the problem of broken pieces, and ensured a smooth and unimpeded production process.
