1GW Rectangular PV Project

JinenU Solar has received a request from a customer for 182R and 210R large size rectangular module customization, the demand is for 182-66 bifacial module and 182-72 bifacial module, the power demand is from 585W to 605W, the total order quantity is 1GW.

Manufacturing Challenges & Solutions

In this project, we customized 182-66 bifacial modules and 182-72 bifacial modules according to the customer's specific needs. Among them, the 182-66 bifacial module adopts 210R rectangular sheet half-sheet small-pitch design, with a module size of 2382*1134*30mm; while the 182-72 bifacial module adopts 182R rectangular sheet half-sheet small-pitch design, with a module size of 2333*1134*30mm, the precise customized design not only meets the customer's power requirements, but also ensures the high efficiency and stable operation of the module. This is the first time that JinenU Solar produces large-size modules. 

This is the first time for JinenU Solar to produce large-size rectangular modules, and the order encountered technical problems such as long welding shadows on the chamfered surface and the lack of glue bubbles in the center hole during the trial production, which affected the quality and production efficiency of the products. In the face of challenges, the manufacturing department of Taizhou base quickly organized all departments to conduct in-depth analysis, and carried out a comprehensive study from multiple perspectives, such as material selection, design optimization to production process adjustment. After repeated tests and optimization, the welding and lamination parameters were successfully adjusted accurately, and an effective solution was quickly formulated, which not only successfully solved the current problem, but also provided valuable experience for subsequent production.
