JinenU Solar has recently successfully received a customized order for high-efficiency, large-size 210R-66 bifacial modules with specific power requirements 610W and 620W, with a total order size of 77.83MW and a total quantity of 126,717 pieces. 

Manufacturing Challenges & Solutions

The 210R-66 bifacial module, with a size of 2282*1134mm, adopts N-type 16BB TOPCon high-efficiency PV cells, and combines materials as 0.26mm specification round wire welding tape, POE+EVA+semi-Tempered Embossed Glass, and a precise pitch design of 0.8±0.1mm, which maximizes the output power of the module up to 620W. The design not only reduces the shading of the cell grid lines, but also significantly improves the optical utilization rate, ensuring the efficient conversion of solar energy. 

However, during the trial production stage, the manufacturing team of Taizhou base encountered two technical problems, namely, the transmittance of slice coating glaze (the width of slice glaze is 3.8mm) and the hidden cracks. In response to these problems, Taizhou base responded quickly and conducted a comprehensive and in-depth analysis from multiple dimensions, such as material selection, design optimization, and production process adjustment. 

After 6 consecutive hours of unremitting efforts and tracking improvements, the technical difficulties were finally overcome by optimizing the precision of the nesting machine, the parameters of the stacking welding machine, the optimization of the length and position of the thickness of the string welding machine patting flat, and the fine tuning of the parameters of the lamination. 

This breakthrough solution not only improves the quality and production capacity of the products, but also demonstrates to the customer JinenU's determination and ability to deal with technical problems.
