JinenU Solar received customized TOPCon and PERC modules from the customer, the power demand from 435W to 670W as many as 11 kinds, the order quantity is 200.6MW, about 364,000 pieces, JinenU Solar Tai'an and Zibo two bases responded to the challenge efficiently and cooperated to complete the order, more than 40 days, a total of 39 times of cutting line, to ensure that the delivery of high-efficiency and stable PV modules for the customer on time.

This order not only has a variety of models, but also has a small order quantity for each model, and the materials are frequently switched, which is extremely strict for the control of the production process and craftsmanship requirements. At the same time, each order has a tight delivery schedule and short production cycle, which requires high process climbing ability, defect control, and production abnormality solving ability, and puts JinenU's production capacity and technology level to the test.

In the face of this challenge, JinenU Solar quickly set up a special working group, conducted a detailed analysis and planning of the order production, customized design according to customer needs, gave full play to its professional advantages in the field of customized foundry and scale advantages, completed the order production by the base in Tai'an and the base in Zibo, and optimized the adjustments to the production line to improve production efficiency and product quality, to ensure that the order is delivered in a timely manner.
