Recently, JinenU Solar has customized the OEM 182-78 bifacial N-type modules with power requirement of 630W and a total order quantity of 50MW. As the largest version of the N-Type 182 module, this customized module was manufactured to meet the customer's stringent standards for power and performance.

● Manufacturing Challenges & Solutions

In JinenU Zibo production base, this 182N-78 bifacial module (size 2465*1134*30mm) adopts 182.2*183.75mm high-efficiency cells with 0.26mm round wire welding tape and 410g POE+EVA+super-white embossed coated glass. 

Meanwhile, the small pitch design of 0.8mm effectively reduces the shading of the cell grid lines and improves the optical utilization and current collection efficiency, thus enhancing the power output and reliability of the module. 

During the production process, due to the longer module size and the reduced gram weight of the adhesive film, the team encountered the problems of broken pieces and snowflake bubbles. In response, the Zibo team actively responded to the problem by conducting a comprehensive and detailed analysis and adjustment from material selection, layout design to process parameters. 

After 8 hours of continuous improvement and verification, the team effectively solved these technical problems and ensured the smooth production process by optimizing the welding machine beat flat process, increasing the monitoring frequency, adjusting the level of the sealing machine and cutting the high temperature cloth of the laminating machine. In the end, we successfully completed the production of this batch of orders and delivered high-quality customized components to the customer on time.
