2-Year Anniversary of JinenU Solar Taizhou Base put into production

2 years ago, as one of the 6 domestic production bases of JinenU Solar Group, Taizhou Base put into production. During these two years, Taizhou JinenU has continued to enhance the possibility of diversified production of customized modules to fully satisfy customers' OEM|ODM needs, and dedicated to providing more efficient and environmentally friendly energy solutions for global customers. 

Production Breakthrough: up till this September, Taizhou base has achieved a major breakthrough in the production of Bifacial Glass modules, with the single-shift, single-line production climbing to a record high of 1,916 pieces; at the same time, the per capita production was also significantly increased, reaching 43.5 pieces. 

Equipment Optimization: In the past 2 years, Taizhou base has made innovative modifications to the core equipment, and the production line beat has been successfully optimized from 22 seconds to 18 seconds. The equipment can be flexibly compatible with the production of 182P-type and 182N-type modules, 210P-type modules and 210R-type modules. 

Yield Rate Breakthrough: The product yield rate of has continued to rise, realizing a leap from 98% to 99.6%. Up to this September, the yield rate has increased to 99.67%, which fully demonstrates the remarkable results in product quality and production process improvement. 

Technical Barrier Breakthrough: the fragmentation rate, crosstalk rework rate and stacked welding rework rate have all realized a steady decline. Up to this September, the fragmentation rate has been as low as 0.37%, string rework 0.98% and stack rework 11.87%.

During the past two years, Taizhou base has customized 18 types of modules. Each piece of meticulously crafted customized component is not only a demonstration of exquisite craftsmanship. 

Including Taizhou Base, JinenU Solar now already has 6 bases in China with total 20GW production capacity. Looking into the future, JinenU will remain its commitment to providing customers with better OEM|ODM service experiences. In the next 3 years, in order to provide more efficient and reliable services for global customers, JinenU will set up 6 new production bases, including 3 domestic and 3 overseas production bases, with total capacity reaching 50GW by year 2027.
