JinenU Solar has received a customized OEM order from a customer for N-type TOPCon high-efficiency, large-size 210-66 double-glass modules with power requirements of 700W, 705W and 710W, with a total order quantity of 489MW (685,000PCS).

In the face of the customer's high quality requirements and tight delivery schedule, JinenU Solar, with its customized OEM lean production experience and professional technical strength, demonstrated a high degree of flexibility and sense of responsibility, and made a decisive decision to urgently increase the production line for the customer while maintaining a steady growth in production and continuous optimization of yield, which greatly improved the production efficiency and flexibility of the production capacity. The order production not only excels in yield and yield rate, but also strives for excellence in appearance details to ensure that each piece of component meets the customer's most stringent standards, which ensures that the customer's urgent demand for fast delivery can be quickly met under the premise of ensuring product quality.

Manufacturing Challenges & Solutions

The overall size of the 210-66 bifacial glass TOPCon module produced for this project is 2384*1303mm, using 0.26mm specification round wire welding tape with 390g EPE and 420g EVA, combined with embossed bifacial glass, and a small pitch of 0.8mm, which is able to effectively reduce the grid line shading of the cells, improve the optical utilization, and increase the power of the module.

Due to the longer and wider dimensions of this version compared to other versions, the length and width of the assembly line are facing great challenges. During the trial production process, problems such as broken pieces due to the lamination force of the welding tape standing up, hidden cracks of the eight characters after the layer, glass subsidence, and scratches on the glass at the fixed position, etc., inevitably appeared. The manufacturing department of JinenU Solar Tai'an base conducted research from multiple perspectives, from design optimization to equipment process adjustment, and after repeated tests and optimization, not only solved the existing problems, but also accumulated valuable experience for future efficient production.
